yes and no. first the moon is 3400km this was only 500km. but smaller objects than the moon like Ceres or Pluto are ~spheres. also at that scale the impactors are arguably no longer asteroids but planetesimals. the largest impact is thought to be from a planetesimals 7000km in diameter about the size of mars.

no 6 times is conservative. and one the theia impact was so big that left a sign of the impact 4 billion years later.

About the size of the moon based on its ability to hold a sphere.
I could be wrong but I think only about 1 asteroid any where near the size of the moon has ever collided with the earth.
